The Liver Building Enamel Pin
Enamel Pins are a great gift or piece of memorabilia to take along with you wherever you go, either on your lanyard, jackets bag or anything you can think of! All enamel pins are created to the highest quality with raised black dyed metal forming the lines, recessed dyed black metal forming the deep fills and shadows and a white enamel to showcase the white space between. All enamel pins are based on the original hand drawing by Callum Hewitt. The pins therefore retain a hand drawn element and character, uncommon in conventional enamel pins. This piece is 35mm x 32.7mm with a black pin back
The stunning Liver Building is the most iconic building in Liverpool and is one of the infamous Three Graces of Liverpool. The Grade 1 listed building sits looking over the River Mersey, which connects many towns and cities in the North of England. The Liver Building opened in 1911 as the Royal Liver Group were massing over 6,000 members and were in need of a bigger building for their offices. Coined as ‘impossible to build’ by many, the Liver Building is built using reinforced concrete and holds the UK’s largest clock on its façade. That’s right, bigger than London’s Big Ben!
